The Medicare Enrollment Specialist plays a crucial role within a larger enrollment team, focusing on facilitating client enrollments in various Medicare insurance plans. This position regularly interacts with healthcare providers and utilizes both specialized enrollment software and standard office tools to ensure accurate and efficient processing. The specialist is dedicated to delivering excellent customer support, policy verification, and problem resolution to optimize client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with enrolling in various Medicare insurance plans
  • Verify policy details and eligibility requirements
  • Provide responsive customer support throughout the enrollment process
  • Resolve enrollment-related issues and discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate records using specialized enrollment and office software

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in insurance enrollment
  • AHIP certification and Producer License
  • Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and effective time management
  • Proficient problem-solving abilities
