Warehouse Supervisor

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the physical inventory, including security and the supervision of all activities and personnel related to merchandise entering and leaving company premises.

Duties and Respnsibilities

• Trains staff on the proper way to fulfill their duties, using the ERP system and following company guidelines.
• Monitors warehouse workers and other employees to maintain a neat and organized warehouse at all times.
• Schedules daily workload for staff
• Schedules deliveries
• Monitors Warehouse Security
• Assures picked orders are verified for accuracy
• Assures supplier receipts are verified for accuracy

Prior experience in the Electrical Supply Distribution Industry is preferred however supply chain experience applicable.

• Applicant must possess good communication skills.
• General computer knowledge.
• Provide own transportation and clean driving record.
• Be highly reliable and self motivated.
• Candidate must be on high moral character.
• Self disciplined.
• Work well with other employees.
