Front House crew / Cashier

The Front House Crew / Cashier plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations in a small team environment. Reporting to the manager, this position involves handling orders, processing payments, assisting customers, and maintaining cleanliness and stock levels. Working predominantly during standard daytime shifts, the role supports a high volume of diverse, regular local customers using a standard POS system.

Responsibilities

• Cashiering and payment processing using a standard POS system
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service and assistance
• Taking customer orders accurately and managing transactions
• Performing cleaning duties to maintain a tidy front house environment
• Replenishing stock to ensure availability of products
• Collaborating with team members to support front house operations
• Executing opening and closing tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Valid food handler certification
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Teamwork skills to work effectively within a small front house crew

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in customer service
