Le Glorie Fragrances is a fast growing luxury-inspired fragrance brand expanding to a new retail location at Sawgrass Mills.

We are seeking a highly motivated, sales-driven individual to join our team.

This is not a passive retail position. You will actively engage customers, offer fragrance samples, and create a premium shopping experience while driving strong daily sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently approach and engage customers
  • Offer and apply fragrance samples
  • Recommend products based on customer preferences
  • Drive daily sales and maximize revenue
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and luxury presentation
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and energy

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
  • Outgoing, energetic personality
  • Comfortable approaching customers (no fear of selling)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales or retail experience is a plus (not required)
  • Punctual, reliable, and professional

Compensation:

  • $14 – $18 per hour (based on experience)
  • Commission on sales + performance bonuses
  • High earning potential for top performers

Schedule:

  • Part-time and full-time positions available
  • Flexible shifts (mall hours)
  • Must be available to work weekends
