Experienced Budtender

The Experienced Budtender plays a key role in assisting a mixed base of patient and recreational customers at a cannabis retail store. Working closely with a small team of 1-5 members and reporting to the Shift Supervisor, the Budtender ensures that customers receive expert product education, seamless sales transactions, and attentive customer service. They also maintain compliance with regulations, handle inventory tracking and restocking regularly, and uphold quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on cannabis products and their use
• Assist customers in product selection and preparation
• Track and restock inventory regularly (10-30% of duties)
• Conduct sales transactions accurately and handle cash securely
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Maintain appealing product displays and quality standards
• Manage order fulfillment and customer relationships

Required Qualifications
