Customer Service/Sales Assistant

General Summary:

The Customer Service/Sales Assistant is primarily responsible for greeting customers, aiding them with their bead projects and bead selection. The person in this position is also in charge of cleaning the store and dusting and organizing the merchandise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Greets and welcomes customers with a smile

Explains to the customer the Beadahs Experience, the method in which the customer

Decides what to make

Learns how to use a bead tray, baggies, and design boards

Learns how to take account of each bead

Learns of the necessary components to complete his/her project

Assists customers with beading and bead selection

Organizes and dusts beads throughout the day

Handles customer transactions

Required Skills, Knowledge and Ability:

At least one year of retail experience

Effective communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to deliver excellent customer service

Ability to work as part of a team

The owners, managers and all employees will discuss candidates' fit with the team.
