Auto Technicians

Auto Technicians are responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. This role involves diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating closely with the service team to provide excellent customer service. Technicians report directly to the Service Manager and have opportunities to advance to Lead Technician roles. A state inspection license or willingness to obtain one is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle diagnostics to identify mechanical issues
• Conduct brake maintenance and safety inspections
• Replace parts and perform oil changes
• Carry out alignments and suspension repairs
• Collaborate effectively with the service team

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive repair
• State inspection license or willingness to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of engine diagnostics and brake systems
• Strong problem-solving skills
