What You'll Do

As Assistant General Manager, you will be a key leader in the daily operation, helping drive both the guest experience and business performance.

You will:

• Partner with the General Manager to lead day-to-day restaurant operations
• Help oversee a high-volume operation with approximately $6M in annual sales
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house and management team members
• Maintain high standards for hospitality, service, cleanliness, and execution
• Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitor sales, labor, costs, and overall operational performance
• Help execute high-volume game days, nightlife, private events, and special events
• Work closely with the culinary and BOH leadership team to ensure consistent execution
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, service, profitability, and guest satisfaction
• Bring creativity and new ideas to the operation
• Help prepare the restaurant for continued growth and future openings

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is an experienced restaurant leader who is ready to grow with an organization rather than simply manage a shift.

You should have:

• 3+ years of progressive restaurant management experience
• Experience in a high-volume full-service restaurant, entertainment venue, sports bar, or comparable hospitality concept
• Strong leadership and team-development skills
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials, labor, food cost, and operational controls
• Experience with events, nightlife, catering, or large-volume service is highly valued
• A hands-on leadership style and strong sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A genuine passion for hospitality
• The creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to help improve and grow the business
