JAM Logistics LLC is growing fast! We are looking for an energetic, results-driven, hands-on Operations Manager to take charge of daily fleet execution, drive team performance, and lead operational excellence in the Hooksett / Concord area.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Manage a team of delivery drivers and dispatchers. Build morale, foster safety, and coach associates to hit top metrics daily.
• Master Fleet & Dispatch Operations: Oversee morning load-outs, live route dispatch tracking, road support, and end-of-day debriefs.
• Drive Safety & Compliance: Lead safety training, audit vehicles, enforce DOT/OSHA compliance, and manage fleet maintenance schedules.
• Solve Real-Time Challenges: Adapt quickly to route shifts, clear bottlenecks, and ensure 100% on-time delivery execution.
• Elevate Performance Metrics: Track key metrics (safety scores, delivery efficiency, customer satisfaction) using digital dashboards.
• Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate delivery associates; foster a positive, supportive, and safety-focused work environment.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, dispatch, or transportation operations.
• Experience managing and coaching teams of 20+ driver associates.
• Strong proficiency with dispatch platforms, GPS tracking, and operational dashboards.
• Solid understanding of DOT compliance, safety protocols, and fleet maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
