The Residential Service Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving residential properties through electrical and plumbing installations, remodel work, and new construction projects. Working within a small team of 2-5 technicians, this position reports directly to the Service Manager and involves minimal to no travel. The role offers opportunities for advancement to senior technician positions, making it an excellent career path for individuals committed to residential service maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical installations in residential settings
  • Install plumbing systems and fixtures
  • Conduct remodel work to update and improve homes
  • Contribute to new construction projects

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in residential service maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Knowledge of electrical systems
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Effective time management abilities
  • Familiarity with plumbing systems
  • Minor carpentry skills
