Warehouse Associate Forklift

Job Summary

YH Global Tech Logistics Texas Inc. is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations at our Houston facility.

The ideal candidate has prior warehouse experience, is comfortable operating warehouse equipment, and is able to support inbound, outbound, inventory, and general warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations.
• Receive, inspect, organize, and dispatch goods.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and push carts.
• Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Sort and prepare less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments.
• Perform inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and conduct daily safety inspections.
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong attendance, reliability, and work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials throughout the workday.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
