Assistant Store Manager for Auto Detailing Shop

Description

Assistant Store Manager position - helping your team succeed, supporting store operations and excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure operations run smoothly and every guest leaves satisfied.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting detailers
• Driving excellent service and consistent guest experience
• Using our POS system to schedule and complete services
• Training and coaching team members to reach their potential
• Actively support managing daily operations - including opening and closing procedure, inventory control and reporting to ensure the store runs smoothly and meets performance goals
• Acting as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is off-site
• Ensuring the shop is clean, safe and operating at top performance

Pay

Starting hourly pay at $17.00 hr.

Requirements

• Required Criminal background check
• Valid driver's license
• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• English fluency, Bilingual in Spanish preferred
