Seasonal Lifeguard (Until end of September)

The Country Club at Castle Pines seeks lifeguard for the remainder of summer and into October. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, hardworking, passionate, and eager to learn! The Country Club at Castle Pines has a unique culture that is very positive, friendly, and fast-paced.

Experience and Capabilities Requirements:

· Must be 16-years old.

· Minimum 1-year of customer service experience, preferred. Lifeguard Certification, First Aid, CPR Required.

· Must have clear, concise written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to have fun with safety in mind.

· Ability to communicate with all manner of people.

· Ability to work in a cooperative manner with staff, members & guests.

· Ability to naturally anticipate member & guest needs as well as have a keen eye for attention to detail.

· Ability to work outdoors with considerable physical activity on a continuous basis throughout each shift.

· Must have the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays From May - August
