Zio Al's Pizza & Pasta is looking for an experienced, hands-on Restaurant Store Manager to lead one of our growing locations.

Compensation

• $58,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience)
• Performance-based bonus program

• Advancement opportunities into General Manager, multi-unit, and district leadership as the company continues to grow

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth execution and guest satisfaction
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Help drive sales while managing day-to-day labor and food cost targets
• Maintain outstanding food quality, cleanliness, and store operational standards
• Create team schedules and maintain proper staffing levels
• Manage daily inventory, ordering, cash handling, and basic administrative duties
• Ensure company SOPs, food safety standards, and operational procedures are consistently followed
• Build a positive, accountable, and performance-driven culture

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or store management experience
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Experience with shift scheduling, labor control, and food/inventory management
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Willingness to lead from the front and support every area of the store when needed
