We are seeking a skilled Installer, Sander, & Finisher to join our flooring company serving the Mid-Cape area. This full-time or part-time position involves installing, sanding, and finishing hardwood floors with precision and care. Pay is commensurate with experience, and immediate openings are available for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- Install hardwood flooring accurately and efficiently according to project specifications
- Operate sanding machines to smooth and prepare floors for finishing
- Apply finishes to floors ensuring an even, high-quality appearance
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
- Work safely and comply with company and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients on job progress
