Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on dedicated routes.
• Comply with all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Deliver freight on time while maintaining professional communication with dispatch.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs.
• Represent Arrow Point with professionalism at all shippers, receivers, and roadside stops.

Qualifications:

• Valid Class A CDL license.
• Minimum 2 years of verifiable CDL experience (required).
• 23 years of age
• Clean driving record (no DUIs, reckless driving, or major "at fault" violations in the past 3 years).
• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to safety.
• No SAP program

Pay & Schedule:

• Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every Friday.
• Schedule: Minimum 4 weeks OTR, more is allowed.
• Compensation Range: $180,000– $200,000 annually per driver. (1099)
