Crew Member- Dinner/Closing Shift

Base hourly wage ranges from $17 while still in training, $18 once trained and certified, with hourly premium pay for shift leadership. Tips from all pickup orders are shared by the interior hourly staff; this ranges from $3.85 to $6.10 and is added to your hourly pay rate to equal your total compensation. Tip credit is provided once you complete initial training and orientation.

NOTE-. The vacancy we are filling here is for an entry level dinner/closing shift crew member, with bonus points if you can occasionally deliver for direct tips. You will be serving as a trainee and entry level crew member, primarily scheduled during dinner rush and the closing shift. Duties include back of house cleanup (cleaning pans and running the dishwasher) taking customer calls, customer greeting/cash register, light prep cook work (vegetables/ sauces), pizza cheesing, pizza topping, and store cleanup/shut down duties. Shifts will be any day of the week between 3p and 1030p, and you will be working at least 10 hours and as much as 25 hours. More hours will be available to employees with the skill set and attitude we are looking for.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Must be polite, reliable, honest and hard working
• Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for long hours at a time and work in a positive fast-paced environment
• Pizza or point-of-sale experience is a plus (but not required)
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directions
• Cheerful outlook and commitment to customer satisfaction
• Reliable automobile and good driving record is a plus but not required
