Responsibilities

• Manage the service drive and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Communicate repair recommendations, timelines, and costs
• Present maintenance and repair services
• Maintain high CSI scores
• Process warranty claims and service documentation
• Build lasting customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• Previous dealership Service Advisor/Writer experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proven sales and CSI performance
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
