Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the day-to-day operations of the hospital.
- Partner with the practice owner and COO to establish priorities, drive growth, and achieve operational excellence.
- Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, mentor, and retain an exceptional veterinary team.
- Foster a culture of accountability, communication, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Develop efficient systems to enhance patient care, client service, and team productivity.
- Lead performance management, employee development, and ongoing training initiatives.
- Monitor key performance indicators and identify opportunities to improve hospital performance.
- Ensure an outstanding client experience while maintaining high standards of patient care.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of veterinary hospital management experience required.
- Demonstrated success leading, coaching, and developing veterinary teams.
- Strong business acumen with experience improving operational efficiency and team performance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Vetspire practice management software preferred.
- Certified Veterinary Practice Manager (CVPM) credential preferred.
