Outside Fashion Sales Representative

Topaz Design Group is seeking a part-time Outside Sales Representative to join our team as an Independent Contractor. Based in Sarasota, Florida, you will represent our established women's clothing and fashion accessories brand by selling at various pop-up shops, trunk shows, boutiques, and community events. This role offers a competitive hourly rate plus commission, with flexible weekday hours and occasional weekends, and requires regional travel within a 50 to 100-mile radius.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers at pop-up shops, trunk shows, and vendor events to drive sales
• Demonstrate products and provide styling advice to enhance customer experience
• Manage inventory accurately and maintain daily records using Microsoft Excel
• Set up and tear down displays and vendor booths efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
• Travel regularly within a 50-mile radius, with occasional trips up to 100 miles

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail sales experience, specifically in fashion sales and trunk shows
• College education
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking
• Strong styling knowledge, including scarf tying and outfit coordination
• Reliable transportation with a safe driving record for regional travel
• Physical ability to transport inventory and set up displays
• High integrity, honesty, and professionalism
