Front of House Team Member

**This position is primarily for Shift 2 (4:00 PM–9:30 PM/closing).**

Pay starts at 13/hr plus tips

bb.q Chicken Huntsville is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House Team Members to provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming dining experience. Team members are cross-trained and may rotate between the front counter, drink preparation, dining room, food running, and other guest service duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations.
• Restock cups, tea, toppings, supplies, condiments, and packaging materials as needed.
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily cleaning duties.
• Follow company standards for food safety, sanitation, and customer service.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assist with other restaurant duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, restaurant, café, or bubble tea experience is preferred but not required.
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Location: In person
