Compensation

Via Tire is looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Tire Sales Manager to join our team full-time. This position pays salary $50k to $52k , depending on skill, experience, and qualifications.

Position: Retail Tire Sales Manager

Schedule: Monday–Sunday with flexible shifts available

The Retail Tire Sales Manager plays a key role in the daily success of Via Tire’s Lewisville location. This is a customer-facing sales and leadership position responsible for helping customers select the right tires and services, creating estimates, closing sales, coordinating workflow with technicians, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The ideal candidate has strong tire and automotive knowledge, proven retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to confidently lead a fast-paced shop environment. You should be comfortable discussing tire brands, sizes, applications, warranties, alignments, repairs, and related services while identifying opportunities to increase sales and customer retention.

This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership, enjoys working with customers, understands the importance of sales and profitability, and is looking for an opportunity to grow into greater leadership responsibilities as Via Tire continues to expand.
