Speech Language Pathologist

Connections Therapy, an SLP owned and operated company, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide school-based services at a charter school campus in the Las Vegas/Henderson area during the 2026–2027 school year. This is an in-person, full-time 1099 contract opportunity. The selected provider will work collaboratively with school staff, families, and the Connections Therapy clinical team to support students' communication needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Providing individual and group speech-language therapy
• Implementing student IEP goals and documenting progress
• Completing service logs and required school documentation
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and IEP team members
• Participating in meetings and supporting compliance requirements
• Conducting evaluations and writing reports, when applicable to the SLP role

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP applicants or completion of an SLPA program for SLPA applicants
• Current or eligible Nevada SLP or SLPA license
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team
