Landscape & Property Maintenance Technician
Job Description
This position involves a wide range of property maintenance and improvement services. Common duties include mowing, landscaping, tree and storm cleanup, snow plowing, and light construction projects.
Some tasks require working from ladders and on roofs. Candidates must be comfortable working at heights and able to do so safely.
Additional responsibilities may include equipment maintenance and repairs, shop cleanup and organization, material handling, and other tasks as needed.
Workload will vary depending on the season. We are a small property services company, and work volume can fluctuate based on weather, customer demand, and project schedules. Flexibility is important, as job assignments and hours may vary from week to week.
The average workload is expected to be approximately three days per week. However, additional hours and full-time weeks may be available for dependable employees who demonstrate strong performance and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to drive a manual transmission
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working safely on ladders and roofs
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
