B.R.I.D.G.E. Path Staffing is looking for compassionate, dependable, and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) to join our growing healthcare staffing team in Texarkana, Texas.

What You'll Do
As an LVN/LPN, you'll provide quality nursing care while working alongside a dedicated healthcare team. Responsibilities may include:
- Providing direct nursing care according to the patient's plan of care
- Administering medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitoring vital signs and changes in patient condition
- Documenting nursing care accurately and timely
- Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Communicating changes in patient condition to the RN and healthcare team
- Providing wound care and other treatments within scope of practice
- Supporting patients with activities of daily living as needed
- Maintaining infection control and patient safety standards
- Delivering compassionate, respectful, patient-centered care
What We're Looking For
- Current Texas LVN license or MULTI-STATE license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Minimum 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Dependable attendance and professional attitude
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or acute-care experience is a plus
