Minnesota Imprints is a growing custom apparel and promotional products company looking for an experienced Screen Print Operator to join our production team.

We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, experience running automatic screen printing equipment, and a commitment to producing high-quality work. The right person will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced production environment.

What You'll Do

• Set up and operate automatic screen printing equipment
• Load screens, register artwork, and set up jobs for production
• Monitor print quality throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot registration, ink, curing, and other production issues
• Ensure orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process
• Assist with reclaiming, screen preparation, ink mixing, and other production tasks as needed
• Help maintain and clean screen printing equipment and work areas
• Communicate with the production team regarding job priorities and schedules
• Assist with other production and shop responsibilities when needed

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating an automatic screen printing press is required
• Strong understanding of screen printing processes, inks, registration, and production setup
• Ability to troubleshoot common printing and equipment issues
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with high-volume apparel printing is a plus
