Waterproofing Construction Worker

What You'll Do

• Install waterproofing membranes, Trenching, and some plumbing
• Prep surfaces — cleaning, patching, priming, and detailing penetrations
• Perform patch and repair work ahead of pre-pour inspections
• Work alongside inspectors, general contractors, and other trades on active job sites
• Document work in the field using a phone or tablet (photos, field notes, daily reports)
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years in construction; waterproofing, roofing, concrete, or membrane experience is a big plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet outdoors in all conditions
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Shows up on time, communicates clearly, and works well with a crew
• OSHA 10/30 a plus (we'll help you get it if you don't have it)
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
