Job Summary:
We are seeking a Regeneration Operator to support plant operations within the Water Technologies Division. This role is responsible for filtration resin regeneration, mobile water treatment equipment preparation, quality inspections, and chemical handling in a plant environment. Ideal candidates should be comfortable working in an operations setting with equipment, chemicals, and forklift usage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regenerate ion exchange resins and other filtration media used in water treatment operations.
  • Prepare mobile filtration units for field deployment, including resin loading, equipment inspections, and setup of test kits, meters, pumps, and related materials.
  • Conduct quality control inspections on mobile units prior to dispatch to ensure operational readiness.
  • Safely handle chemicals such as NaOH, HCL, NaCL, and other materials required for regeneration processes.
  • Oversee chemical vendor deliveries, including offloading and transfer of materials into designated tanks.
  • Support daily plant operations while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in plant operations, water treatment, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
  • Forklift experience or certification preferred.
  • Ability to safely work with industrial chemicals and follow safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks.
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on industrial/plant setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in water treatment, filtration systems, or chemical operations is a plus.
  • Safety-conscious, dependable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced plant environment.
