McMillan Renovations & Electrical is seeking an experienced Lead Residential Electrician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position for an electrician who is comfortable working independently, taking responsibility for a project, and leading a small crew. The ideal candidate has a strong residential electrical background, solid troubleshooting skills, knowledge of the current NEC, and takes pride in completing safe, neat, high-quality work. Our projects range from residential service calls and troubleshooting to remodels, additions, service upgrades, new circuits, generators, EV chargers, and other residential electrical installations. Familiarity with commercial electrical work is also highly valued. 5+ years of electrical experience required.
