Maintenance Tech (Packaging/Manufacturing Industry)

DIRECT HIRE!!! IMMEDIATE NEED!!

Seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech with at least 2 years experience for a company in packaging industry. This position is for 2nd shift, 3:00pm to 11:00pm, Monday through Friday. You will be required to troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems tied to conveyors, sealers, and packaging machinery. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix mechanical, and some electrical, and automation machinary
• Preventive Maintenance: Inspect and service equipment routinely to stop unexpected breakdowns.
• System Repairs: Rebuild or replace faulty motors, gearboxes, sensors, and valves.
• Line Adjustments: Perform equipment changeovers and adjustments for different packaging runs.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow OSHA standards and keep a clean work zone using 5S principles.

Job Requirements

• Experience 2 to 4 years of industrial, packaging or manufacturing maintenance background.
• Technical Skills: Know-how in pneumatics, hydraulics, basic electrical systems, and reading schematics.
• Education: High school diploma or a technical trade certification.
