DENTAL PATIENT COORDINATOR
Experienced Dental Professional Wanted — Kirkland
Are you an experienced dental professional who is organized, confident, personable, and passionate about creating an exceptional patient experience?
We are a well-established, privately owned dental practice looking for a highly capable Patient Coordinator to join our team.
This is a key patient-facing position. We are looking for someone who can confidently guide patients through their dental experience, communicate treatment and financial information clearly, keep the schedule running efficiently, and work closely with our doctors and team.
We value people who take ownership, use good judgment, solve problems, and don't need to be told what to do at every step.
WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Welcome and build strong relationships with patients throughout their dental experience
- Coordinate patient scheduling, confirmations, treatment appointments, and recalls
- Keep the schedule productive and running efficiently
- Present treatment plans and confidently discuss treatment recommendations and financial arrangements
- Help patients understand their treatment options, insurance benefits, and financial responsibilities
- Understand dental insurance, PPO plans, deductibles, limitations, and coordination of benefits
- Follow up with patients regarding recommended treatment and outstanding appointments
- Handle patient questions and concerns professionally, warmly, and compassionately
- Help ensure excellent communication and a smooth patient experience from first contact through completion of treatment
- Assist with insurance claims, insurance follow-up, and patient accounts as needed

Dental experience is required. A minimum 2 years of dental front office experience preferred.

SCHEDULE: Full-time (Mon-Fri) 36-40 hours
