Assistant Director of Maintenance Job Summary:

Assistant Director of Maintenance Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and maintain all aspects of our facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and building structures to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimizing waste
Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve overall operations
Perform routine inspections and repairs to ensure the maintenance of our facilities' equipment, machinery, and tools
Perform general maintenance work as needed
Assistant Director of Maintenance Requirements:
Prior experience in maintenance in a nursing home required
SNF experience with AHCA regulations
Basic knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
