Pain Management Physician - Youngstown, Ohio AreaAn established pain management group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Pain Management Physician to join their growing practice in the Youngstown, Ohio area. This position offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced physician to deliver advanced interventional care as part of a dynamic, patient-focused team.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive pain management procedures, including epidural injections, nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablations, Spinal Cord Stimulator implants, and Intrathecal Pump implantsDiagnose and treat complex chronic pain conditions using evidence-based interventional techniquesProvide compassionate, patient-centered care with a commitment to safety and clinical excellenceCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans that optimize patient outcomesMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare regulationsSchedule and Practice Model:Full-time position with no nights or weekends - excellent work-life balanceHeavy interventional focus utilizing cutting-edge pain management technologyFlexible scheduling designed to support professional satisfaction and personal well-beingCompensation and Benefits:Guaranteed base salary of $400,000-$450,000 for the first two yearsComprehensive benefits package during the initial two-year period:Malpractice insurance coverageHealth, dental, life, and disability insuranceGenerous paid time off and continuing medical education allowanceAfter two years: transition to 1099 independent contractor status, receiving 100% of professional feesQualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Pain Management or Anesthesiology with Pain Medicine fellowshipProven expertise performing interventional procedures, including advanced neuromodulation techniquesActive medical license in Ohio (or ability to obtain licensure)DEA certificationStrong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and dedication to quality patient careWhy Join Us?
