Position Summary:

As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), you will be responsible for the overall strategic operation of the facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, financial performance, and above all, quality of care. You will lead by example, fostering a positive culture for both residents and staff while driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

  • Ensure compliance with PA Department of Health regulations and all relevant long-term care standards.

  • Cultivate a culture of excellence, safety, and resident-centered care.

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations including clinical, administrative, and financial functions.

  • Develop and manage budgets; analyze and act upon financial reports.

  • Recruit, retain, and mentor top-performing department leaders and staff.

  • Foster strong relationships with residents, families, staff, vendors, and the local community.

  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.

  • Drive initiatives for census development, quality improvement, and staff engagement.

Requirements:
  • Current, unencumbered Nursing Home Administrator license in the state of Pennsylvania.

  • Proven leadership experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.

  • In-depth knowledge of LTC regulations and PA DOH compliance standards.

  • Strong financial acumen and operational management skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team-building skills.
