Qualifications:

• Must have experience as an A/R Biller, Revenue Cycle Manager, Assistant Controller or Controller

• Must have strong financial background in CHHA/home health care

• Must have working knowledge of HCHB and HHA Exchange

• Knowledgeable in billing and Medicare and pay sources

• Ability to assist with all aspects of finance for the facilities

• Strong grasp of generally accepted accounting principles and concepts

• Proficient in Excel

• Advanced computer skills; Computer knowledge and ability with aptitude to learn applicable software

Responsibilities:

Oversee finances and billing for three companies

Cash management

Ensure the accuracy of an organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes

Protect businesses against unintentional over payment

Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
