What You'll Do

As our Kitchen Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. Here’s a glimpse of your responsibilities:

- Handle physical tasks: Be prepared to lift up to 50 lbs. as part of your role.

What We're Looking For

- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
- Physical stamina: The ability to work in a warm environment and handle physical demands like lifting.
