Bartender

Silverado Sales INC is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver friendly, efficient service in Lincoln, NE.

Position Summary

As a Bartender, you will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests while providing accurate, timely drink service. You will take orders, prepare beverages to standard, and maintain a clean, organized bar area that supports a smooth and professional guest experience.

This is a part-time, onsite role based in Lincoln, NE, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in service quality and responsible alcohol service.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take drink orders accurately, and provide courteous, guest-focused service.

• Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and portion guidelines.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas, including restocking supplies.

• Follow responsible service practices and adhere to all applicable alcohol service and safety rules.

• Handle basic transactions and assist with smooth service flow during busy periods.

Required Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience in a hospitality or service setting.

• Ability to work onsite in a part-time schedule in Lincoln, NE.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced workflow.

• Basic understanding of safe food and beverage handling practices.

• Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior bartending experience or experience working behind a bar in a restaurant or event setting.

• Experience handling cash transactions and working with POS systems.

Compensation
