What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Line Cook at Lito’s Kitchen, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the quality and flavor our customers have come to expect. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing and assembling menu items such as sandwiches, soups, salads, bowls, wraps, and side dishes. - Ensuring all food is cooked and presented to our high standards. - Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. - Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift. - Assisting with kitchen prep work, including making our signature in-house breads and spreads. - Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and clean kitchen environment. - Collaborating with the team to maintain a smooth kitchen operation during busy hours.

What We're Looking For: Skills and Qualifications
