Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hour

Position Summary
We are seeking a Production Associate to support steel manufacturing operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. This position involves operating and monitoring steel production equipment, performing routine maintenance, and helping ensure efficient, high-quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor steel production equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production machinery
- Follow safety protocols and quality control procedures
- Work with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
- Maintain accurate production records and report on key metrics
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in steel production or a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints
- Familiarity with safety protocols
- Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Working Conditions
