Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
Manage incoming inquiries and outbound calls to grow our agencys footprint in the Las Vegas community.
Explain complex policy details in clear, simple terms so clients feel confident and informed about their coverage.
Maintain accurate client records in our management system to ensure smooth service transitions.
Work closely with our local team to reach monthly production goals and celebrate our shared wins.
Continuously expand your product knowledge to stay ahead of industry changes and provide the best guidance possible.
Requirements
Valid Nevada Property and Casualty insurance license.
Fluent bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software windows simultaneously.
Professional demeanor with a knack for building rapport over the phone.
Previous sales or customer service experience, ideally in an office setting.
High school diploma or equivalent.
