Job Description
East Ridge Village is seeking a Full Time Server for our Assisted Living Facility!
Position Summary:
The Dining Server is responsible for being a provider of nutrition through taking resident orders and serving foods including texture modified and therapeutic diets according to the facility menu. The Dining Services Coordinator will be responsible for utilizing proper cleaning procedures in the dining room and kitchen areas according to State and Federal regulations.
Organizational Relationship and Scope:
1. Directly report to the Dining Managers and Executive Chef and final reporting to the Director of Food and Beverage.
2. Works and communicates consistently with all dining staff, residents, and the designated hostess.
