Registered Nurse

Demonstrates planning and administration of patient care. Provides and maintains professional, quality, patientcentered care. Performs nursing care through development and implementation of nursing standards, policiesand procedures, staff training and development programs and through participation as a member of the PhillipsCounty Hospital team.PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:Will be required to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, or stoop. Sit/Stand throughout the day. Physical setting in Hospital/ERMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation: Associates or Bachelor's degree in nursing. Must be a graduate of an accreditedprogram.Licensure/Certification: State of Montana Nursing license, Certified in ACLS-Advanced Cardiovascular LifeSupport, PALS-Pediatric Advanced Life Support, ATLS-Advanced Trauma LifeSupport, ENPC-Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course, TNCC-Trauma Nursing CoreCourse and others may be deemed necessary by the PCH Medical staff to providesafe and efficient medical care and services.Experience/Knowledge: Must have the ability to provide assessments, treatment, and care for patients ofPhillips County Hospital. Must be able to communicate effectively, appropriately,and professionally, both verbally and in writing, with staff, patients, and familymembers. Requires high level of interpersonal and communication skills in workingwith physicians, administration, nursing staff, department heads, and otheremployees.Successful candidate must pass a background check and drug screen.
