Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify individualized needs and develop effective treatment plans

  • Design and implement interventions to address behavioral challenges and promote skill acquisition

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure collaborative care and optimal outcomes

  • Provide training and support to caregivers, family members, and educators to promote consistent implementation of behavior plans

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, progress, and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or BCaBA

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ABA or related field

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities
