What You’ll Do

Create a safe, engaging, and developmentally rich classroom where children learn through play, exploration, and connection.

Curriculum & Instruction


  • Implement age-appropriate lessons using the Wonder of Learning curriculum

  • Lead hands-on activities that spark curiosity

  • Observe and assess development using COR Advantage

Classroom Leadership


  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom community

  • Guide daily routines and transitions

  • Encourage positive behavior with empathy and support

Family Partnerships


  • Maintain friendly, open communication with families

  • Provide updates and participate in parent conferences

  • Encourage family involvement in school activities

Health & Safety


  • Maintain a clean, organized classroom

  • Follow all health and safety guidelines

  • Supervise indoor and outdoor play attentively

Professional Growth


  • Participate in training and professional development

  • Stay current with early childhood best practices

  • Collaborate with a supportive teaching team

What You Bring

  • High school diploma required; Associate, Bachelor’s in ECE, or CDA preferred

  • 1–2 years of experience in a licensed childcare or preschool setting

  • Completion of state-required pre-service training

  • Abuse Prevention and CPR certification

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. for child safety
