As an Automotive Technician at Van Subaru, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain Subaru vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced environment.

• Perform vehicle diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance

• Complete multipoint inspections and recommend needed services

• Follow manufacturer and dealership repair procedures

• Test-drive vehicles before and after repairs

• Accurately document work performed

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Work collaboratively with advisors and fellow technicians

• Automotive technician experience (dealership experience preferred)

• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Positive attitude and team-first mindset

• Entry-level, mid-level, and experienced technicians encouraged to apply

• Full-time

• Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays (as applicable)

• Day shift
