Early Childhood

The Role:

• Establish and maintain engaging, play-based learning environments and daily routines that cater to the unique needs of each child.
• Utilize research-based standards (TN- ELDS) to track student development and identify areas for growth.
• Nurture strong relationships with families through regular communication and collaboration.
• Ensure a safe, inclusive environment for children, adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines.

As a dedicated member of our teaching team, you will be responsible for creating a stimulating, supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging curricula that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Maintain a safe, organized classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Regularly assess and observe student progress, identifying areas for improvement and celebrating successes.
• Foster strong partnerships with families, ensuring open communication and collaborative problem-solving.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements, maintaining a culture of responsibility and accountability.

Requirements:

• Criminal Background Check
• Degree or CDA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Absolutely, must have reliable transportation
• A warm, flexible, and positive attitude.
• Experience in licensed child care.
• Completed Medical Form
