ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency after serving nine years in the military and building a career focused on leadership and service. I was born and raised in Plainview, Texas, graduated from Plainview High School, and earned both my Bachelor of Science and Master of Arts degrees from Webster University. Outside of work, I enjoy staying involved in the local community and am an active member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce.

Giving back to the community is important to me, and I enjoy supporting local organizations and finding ways to make a positive impact where we live and work.

Our agency offers a 401(k), licensing bonus for candidates who come in already licensed, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe in rewarding preparation, supporting our team, and creating opportunities for long-term success.

Our culture is built on accountability, trust, and teamwork. I'm not a micromanager - I believe in hiring great people, giving them the tools to succeed, and trusting them to do their job well. If you're self-motivated, dependable, and ready to take ownership of your success, we'd love to meet you.
