About the Role:

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral consultation and intervention services to our clients. You will work closely with our team of experienced professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child. Your expertise and guidance will help our clients overcome barriers and achieve their goals, empowering them to thrive and reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide behavioral consultation and intervention services to children with autism and their families

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address behavioral, social, and communication goals

  • Conduct and analyze data from behavioral assessments and progress monitoring

  • Collaborate with our team of professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and services provided

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or in the process of completing a certification program

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • Experience working with children with autism and their families

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Familiarity with electronic data collection systems and ability to learn new technology
