The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with the following aspects of compensation and benefits: equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, mergers & acquisitions, and IPOs. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials and superior writing, oral communication and analytical skills.
