Scope:
The Kid’s Club Associate is responsible for the caring of the gym members’ children while in the Kid’s Club area. This includes supervising fames, snacks, crafts, and small-child activities. They must check-in children and assist with parent concerns.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Experience working in a childcare environment
· Must Be 18
· Pass a background check
· Hold a current Infant and Child First Aid and CPR
· Excellent communication with children
· Excellent communication with parents/adults
· Excellent customer service skills required
· Knowledge or ability to learn computer based programs and applications
· A love for children should be evident
